Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid packages purchased on Durgapur Property.

Package Purchases

Paid packages provide listing access for the duration and listing limit shown at the time of purchase. Because access is delivered digitally and becomes available after successful payment, package fees are generally non-refundable once the package has been activated.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your bank or payment provider shows a successful charge but the package is not activated, please contact us with your transaction details. We will verify the payment and, where appropriate, activate the package or process a refund for a duplicate or incorrectly captured payment.

Cancellation

You may stop using a package at any time, but unused days or unused listing capacity are not normally refundable.
